The University of Richmond engaged Commonwealth Architects to assist them with a conceptual study for the possible expansion of the T. C. Williams School of Law. Commonwealth Architects presented the University with several schematic design options, ultimately helping them select the right model for future expansion. The addition, which would provide needed faculty offices and house the law school’s clinical programs, was designed in the collegiate gothic style to blend in with the original buildings of the Ralph Cram-designed campus.
