Riverview Lofts

Rockville Development, LLC contracted Commonwealth Architects to serve as the architects for the adaptive reuse of an early 20th century commercial warehouse building into residential use. The existing four-story above grade building contains approximately 85,000 square feet, including rooftop additions. The rehabilitation converted the warehouse, previously used as a vegetable packing plant, into a residential facility with approximately 81 apartment units. Situated on the Elizabeth River, the structure also includes a rooftop deck and workout area. All work was completed according to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
