Commonwealth Architects
“Clear and open communications among all parties involved in a project is perhaps the most important aspect of successful project management.”

Stephen Weisensale, AIA, CSI, CCS, CCCA

Senior Associate / Architect

As a senior associate and architect at Commonwealth Architects, Steve is responsible for quality assurance. In addition to his expertise in development of construction documents, specification writing, construction contract administration, cost estimating, and post-occupancy evaluation, Steve also brings strong design insights and thought leadership to the development of smart, strategic, client-focused solutions.

Steve’s credentials include that of Certified Construction Contract Administrator by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). Some of his greatest strengths are the competency, resolve and objectivity necessary to be a successful contract administration team player. He possesses strong communications skills: his responsiveness builds trust that problems will be addressed effectively, and he is proficient with both governmental and industry-standard C.A. systems which speed and enhance the effectiveness of communications.

Steve has over thirty-five (35) years of architectural experience.
