Lee Shadbolt, AIA, NCARB
Principal / President / ArchitectAt any given time, Lee can often be found throughout the office giving advice, asking questions, and shaking hands with guests or clients. This is because Lee’s knowledge in architecture and design is expansive, including new construction and rehabilitation of multi-family, residential, retail, office and mixed-use projects. Simply put, nothing flows through Commonwealth Architects that Lee doesn’t know about. He organizes in-office events to help keep everyone informed on current projects and strives to create mentoring relationships between team members at Commonwealth Architects. Lee is well known in the Richmond community and throughout the Commonwealth, both for his years of leadership at Commonwealth Architects and his involvement in local architectural associations.
