Stony Point Townhomes – Creek’s Edge
Creek’s Edge, a gated townhome development designed by Commonwealth Architects, is on track to be completed in the next 24 months.
Located near Stony Point Fashion Park, Creek’s Edge is a thriving community of owner-occupied townhomes with over 100 craftsman-style units. Construction of the neighborhood has been ongoing since 2005 with multiple builders completing sections of the neighborhood. The most recent wave of building fills out the remainder of the 36-acre property with foundations placed for 25 townhomes.
The units will consist of 18 three-story townhomes ranging from 2,500 to 2,700 square feet in size, and seven two-story layouts at about 2,100 square feet each. The three-story units will have three or four bedrooms and will be housed in three buildings with garage parking underneath. The units will include finished basements, full bathrooms, and hardwood floors throughout. The two-story units also would include attached garages. Prices would range from $440,000 to $500,000 for the three-story townhomes, and $420,000 to $450,000 for the two-story units.
