Architectural Designer – Richmond, VA

Commonwealth Architects is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual as an Architectural Designer in our headquarters office located in the historic Shockoe Slip area of Richmond, Virginia.

As a firm, we specialize in contextual design by creating customized solutions to fit a specific environment. Our practice is constantly growing and includes corporate, governmental, multi-family, hospitality, and higher education projects as well as rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings throughout Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region.

OPPORTUNITY

This opportunity is ideal for graduates of an accredited architectural program with 2-5 years of experience in the architecture field, with experience working on a variety of project types. We are seeking an individual with design skills and a desire to learn the technical aspects of the profession working on a variety of project types. This is an opportunity to work, learn, and grow as part of our team.

Project Architect – Richmond, VA

Are you a seasoned architect with a passion for innovative design and a knack for technical prowess? We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Project Architect, where you’ll be immersed in a diverse range of projects spanning workplace, multi-family, hospitality, higher education, and government sectors.  The individual we seek is highly motivated, and is interested in leadership advancement.  This position is full-time in person position located in Richmond Virginia. Leadership and firm advancement opportunities are available.
