Cityscape, LLC commissioned Commonwealth Architects for the design and rehabilitation of the former Patrick Henry Hotel in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Built in 1925, the building now serves as a mixed-use development, consisting of 132 apartments with accompanying office and retail spaces.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, many of the Patrick Henry’s historic features were rehabilitated to their original configurations, including the lobby, entry concourse, and grand ballroom.
