Spotsylvania Courthouse Village is a new, mixed-use development offering a retail and offices, as well as single family and multi-family residences. The New-Urbanism style of the community by W.J. Vakos creates a sense of “Live, Work, and Play” for all residents and visitors. The mixed-use Hanover House building offers 22 one-bedroom units, 31 two-bedroom units, and first-floor retail space.

The overall design of Spotsylvania Courthouse Village includes: a traditional material palette with pitched roofs with gable ends; brick veneer with window and door headers; stone veneer at the base of buildings; brick pilasters and cornices; classical columns; and double hung windows with Simulated Divided Lite (SDL) mullions in a classically ordered and detailed façade.
