Commonwealth Architects assisted in the design of the former Reynolds Arcade Building in Bristol, Virginia. Built in 1925 as Bristol’s largest office building, the historic, seven-story building was to be converted into a destination boutique hotel and conference center with a mix of 68 hotel rooms and suites on the second through seventh floors.

Most of the first floor was reserved into amenity space, including the hotel lobby, fitness room/spa, and restaurant/bar. Flexible conference space was also incorporated in the adjacent, one-story annex connected at the rear of the tower.
