Commonwealth Architects designed townhomes for LeGault Homes, which featured the Craftsman or Bungalow style of housing common to older Richmond neighborhoods and included front porches, bay windows and bracketed, overhanging eaves. Varying townhouse types are available ranging from 2,000 to 2,800 square feet and varying from two-story with detached garages to three-story with attached garages. A centrally located 2,000 square foot clubhouse with pool further encourages resident strolling and neighborhood interaction. Additionally, single family detached homes are provided to complete the village atmosphere.
Creek’s Edge at Stony Point is modeled after New Urbanism principles featuring a variety of townhouse plans within a walkable community where residents can live, work and play.
