Commonwealth Architects is partnering with Oliver Properties to design Carytown Crossing in Richmond’s Museum District, an urban in-fill project that will transform the antiquated Hill Davis medical office complex into a Class A condo grade apartment community.

Carytown Crossing will have 39 contemporary, luxury two-bedroom, two-bath apartments and 11 one-bedroom, one-bath units. The larger units will average 1,000 square feet, while the smaller units will be about 700 square feet. The community features a brick-and-stone façade with columns, private balconies, pitched roofs, reserved off-street parking, outdoor pool and extensive landscaping.
