“Interior design is dynamic because there are very few rules - I love introducing mixed styles into a space that needs personality.”

Virginia Johnston, CID

Director of Interior Design

Ginny has the ability to hone in on details while also seeing the “big picture”. As the firm’s Director of Interior Design, her personal design style often involves introducing unique elements and eye-catching details into inviting, functional spaces. She is a huge advocate for team collaboration and believes that the more creative minds involved in a project, the better the vision will be executed. When she is not in the office pairing fabrics, textiles, and color palettes, she is leading other team members, meeting clients, networking with other professionals, and absorbing design inspiration. Ginny believes that interior design is critical because it affects individuals at every level, from the visual to the sensory, which is why she takes the time to fully understand a client’s culture, goals, and aspirations before even starting the design process. Ginny’s knowledge of design trends contributes to her ability to enhance spaces of corporate, government, and higher education sectors.
