Delmar plays a leadership role in the design and implementation of projects for both public and private clients. He brings enthusiasm, commitment and the highest professional standards to his guidance of the project team, along with a dedication to understanding the client’s unique needs in order to develop and execute an integrated solution that is consistent with those needs.

Delmar’s early role and responsibilities as Chief City Architect for the City of Richmond helped him develop his strong focus on the client’s success. Delmar has over 46 years of experience in the architectural profession, working across the full spectrum of project types, scales, budgets, and timelines.
