FEATURED: Buffalo chain opens at Stony Point

Anchor Bar opened Saturday at Stony Point Fashion Park, filling the space previously occupied by Champps Americana, which closed two years ago. The chain restaurant’s new location is 8,500 square feet and includes a private seating area, arcade games and a bar with dozens of local and regional brews on tap, and can seat up to 245 people.

Richmond-based MGT Construction built the new space, while Shockoe Slip firm Commonwealth Architects completed the design and architectural renderings.
