Commonwealth Architects Announces Five Promotions

Commonwealth Architects is pleased to announce promotions within the firm.

Steven L’Heureux, AIA, CDT has been promoted to Associate Principal and has been a project manager with the firm for 11 years, specializing in mixed-use developments and multi-family residential housing. He is a past-president of and serves on the Board of Directors for the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Richmond Chapter.

William Keller, AIA has been promoted to Associate Principal and has been a project manager with the firm for 7 years. Bill has worked on a variety of project types, managing mixed-use developments, state and governmental work.

 

Kimberly Lloyd, IIDA, CID, LEED AP ID+C has been promoted to Senior Associate and has been an Interior Designer with the firm for 12 years. Kim is active in Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and is a past-president of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Virginia/West Virginia Chapter.

Allison Throckmorton has been promoted to Associate and has been a Marketing Coordinator with the firm for a year and a half. Allison is a member of the Society of Marketing Professionals, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE).

Luis Gomez has been promoted to Associate and has been with the firm for two and a half years. Luis has been an architectural designer and 3D modeling specialist on both multi-family residential and higher education projects.
